Our Projects in the Seychelles
SeyVillas sponsors different organisations in the Seychelles to promote and guarantee the wellbeing of the Seychellois, as well as the Seychelles’ marine and animal life.
Our goals are:
- To protect and restore the Seychelles’ ecosystem through coral implantation and rehabilitation around Cerf Island.
- To inform tourists, through the Marine Discovery Experience, about what threatens the Seychelles and to help them understand the benefits of mutual cooperation.
- To protect animal welfare, giving them a chance at a new and better life.
How does your support help us?
Thanks to your support via booking with SeyVillas, or by simply donating to Cerf Island Project and Pet Haven Society on Facebook, or by booking the Marine Discovery Experience snorkelling tour, you will be able to play an active role in the improvement of the Seychelles’ marine and animal life. Become part of a bigger change, help us support them!
What are we doing?
In order to achieve these goals, we make financial contributions to organisations such as the Marine Conservation Society, WiseOceans, and the Seychelles Pet Haven Society. In addition, the proceeds from each Marine Discovery Experience booked through SeyVillas are used for charitable causes. Using our visibility and international platform, our goal is to ensure that these wonderful organisations are recognised for their work, and to help protect the marine life and animals of the Seychelles.

Cerf Island Conservation Programme
Coral reefs are in severe decline around the Seychelles and Cerf Island because of climate change, land reclamation, boat anchors, illegal fishing, and careless visitors. Our aim is to support the active rehabilitation of coral through the Cerf Island Conservation Programme (CICP).

Marine Discovery Experiences
SeyVillas, in partnership with WiseOceans and the SSTF, offers the guided snorkelling tour Discover the Reef (3.5 hours). By choosing this activity you will be actively helping to contribute to and raise awareness about protecting the marine environment, all while enjoying a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Pet Haven Society
Pet Haven Society Seychelles and other organisations face the difficulties of raising the necessary funds and human resources to care for the large number of stray animals, provide medical care, spay and neuter the animals, and successfully re-home them. SeyVillas has decided the help tackle the problem by partnering up with the Pet Haven Society.

TRASS
You can help the volunteer team of TRASS and support them with planting trees in the Seychelles yourself. If you pay a visit then you will get an overview of how the organisation works and even contribute by helping to plant some endemic plant species yourself.
