Tipping in the Seychelles
Tipping in the Seychelles: What You Should Know
Tipping is not mandatory in the Seychelles, but it is appreciated when the service is good. In restaurants, hotels, or on tours, a small tip is a nice way to show your appreciation – even if it’s just a symbolic gesture.
Important: Some restaurants include a service charge. If not, a cash tip of 5 to 10% is customary.
