Seychelles: a dream come true for the whole family, thanks to SeyVillas
Our trip to the Seychelles was an unforgettable experience for the whole family, a dream that became reality thanks to the professionalism and care of SeyVillas. From our very first contact, the agency was impeccable, offering us a personalised service and invaluable advice to help us plan our holiday perfectly.
Special thanks must go to Lucas Puglisi, our dedicated adviser, whose expertise and helpfulness guided us towards the best islands to visit, the most beautiful beaches and the activities not to be missed, while always keeping our daughter’s needs in mind. Thanks to his suggestions, we discovered corners of paradise that we would hardly have found on our own and which were perfect for our daughter to enjoy.
We were enchanted by the lush vegetation found across all the islands, a true feast for the eyes. The tropical plants, colourful flowers and coconut palms made us feel as though we were in a genuine Garden of Eden.
Our journey began by discovering Praslin, an enchanting island famous for the Vallée de Mai, a UNESCO World Heritage nature reserve where the renowned Coco de Mer grows, a palm whose nuts have a shape reminiscent of the female pelvis. Within the
Vallée de Mai, we greatly enjoyed visiting the Font Ferdinand park, a true jewel of biodiversity. Our daughter had a wonderful time exploring these magical places and discovering the plants and animals that live there.
We then visited La Digue, an island where time seems to stand still, with white-sand beaches and crystal-clear waters reached by picturesque bicycles. Cycling along the island’s little roads and discovering its hidden coves was a unique thrill for our daughter.
Finally, we arrived on Mahé, the largest island in the archipelago, where we visited the capital, Victoria, with its lively market and botanical gardens. Here too, our daughter found plenty to do and see, including the giant tortoises that live in the gardens.
But above all, the Seychelles are about the sea and dreamlike beaches that left us speechless. Anse Lazio on Praslin, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, with its white sand and turquoise waters.
Anse Source d'Argent on La Digue, with its pink granite boulders and coconut palms leaning towards the sea. And
Beau Vallon
on Mahé, a long white-sand beach ideal for relaxing and snorkelling.
During our snorkelling sessions, we were lucky enough to admire all kinds and colours of coral up close, a myriad of tropical fish that seemed to have emerged from a storybook, and even a few delightful little reef sharks swimming peacefully nearby. These harmless marine creatures are fascinating to observe in their natural habitat, and the experience thrilled the whole family!
In addition, thanks to an excursion recommended by SeyVillas, we had the opportunity to visit the Sainte Anne Marine Park, a true paradise for snorkelling and diving enthusiasts. Here, we were able to see an incredible variety of corals, colourful fish and other marine creatures up close. It was an unforgettable experience that made our holiday even more special.
Also thanks to an excursion recommended by SeyVillas, we had the opportunity to visit Curieuse Island, where we were able to see giant tortoises up close in their natural habitat. It was a unique and astonishing experience for the whole family.
Another aspect that made our holiday even more special was the warmth and hospitality of the local people and the hosts at the accommodation selected for us by SeyVillas. We immediately felt at home, cared for and thoroughly pampered throughout our stay.
Thanks to SeyVillas and Lucas’s advice, we enjoyed a dream holiday for the whole family, an experience we will always treasure. If you are considering visiting the Seychelles with your children, do not hesitate to contact SeyVillas, the agency that made our trip an unforgettable experience
