Description:
The “Ocean Villa” offers four tastefully-arranged self-catering holiday units, surrounded by a tropical garden. Each unit is situated about 10m away from the other buildings of the estate, giving you enough privacy to really enjoy your own space. In fact, this ‘mini-village’ is perfect for group holidays, allowing guests to spend time together while not losing their own personal space, ensuring people don’t grow tired of each other’s company. This combination of privacy and the estate’s enchanting surroundings provide the ideal atmosphere for total relaxation. Even as you arrive, you’ll find a small welcome-basket with a few snacks and drinks for a great start to your holiday. The beach is located in front of the estate, and can be reached in just a few steps, while on the other side of the property lies the road. To top it all off, the beach-facing garden provides a peaceful space to enjoy the colours, shapes, and sounds of your surroundings at your own pace.
The houses and apartments of the “Ocean Villa” offer comfort in abundance, allowing you to really feel at home, the tasteful design providing all you need for a relaxing, comfortable holiday. Spacious, air-conditioned rooms provide a great space for spending time indoors, one that is both cosy and large enough to spread out in, thanks to the large living space. The interior has been designed to offer a high level of comfort: bright walls and tiles, wooden ceilings, and colourful fabrics frame the cosy furnishings, with traditional Seychelles decoration providing the icing on the cake. The pleasantly-designed bathrooms are also spacious, and all of them are en suite. At night, you’ll easily drift off in the charming, cosy bedroom, while during the day you should certainly make use of the beautiful outdoor seating area that circles round your living space. Equally, those wishing to relax indoors can do so on the comfortable sofas and armchairs. The village of Grand Anse is located a practical 750m away from the estate, allowing guests to easily reach it on-foot. Here, you’ll find supermarkets, shops, banks, a petrol station, snack-shops, and a small fruit and vegetable market. Besides the numerous stunning beaches, anyone staying on Praslin should take a trip to the UNESCO World Heritage Vallée de Mai nature reserve, where visitors can get up-close and personal with plant and animal life unique to the Seychelles.

Please note that when booking Villa Adam for 2-4 persons, the bedrooms which are not required according to the occupancy will not available. This also applies when booking Villa Eve for 1-2 persons.
A creole dinner can be be booked on-site on request (subject to availability).
On arrival you will receive a starter package consisting of juice, milk, water, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter and jam.
Children from the age of 12 are welcome in Apartment Oriel.

Very nice accommodation in a good location. We were given a very warm welcome, and there was already plenty of stuff in the fridge for the first breakfast, which we really didn't expect. We were also surprised every morning with fruit or a local drink. The accommodation was very clean, the pool was cleaned every morning and the garden was in immaculate condition. Ailyn has made it her mission to be a hostess in the truest sense of the word. She welcomed us very warmly and helped us to get started with bus transfers on Praslin. For the first morning she put a few things in the fridge for breakfast and made us lemonade. The Ocean Villa is probably the most luxurious accommodation we stayed in on our trip.
