Since October 2016, the unique Six Senses flair has called the 3 square-kilometre island of Félicité its home, while the spectacular location of the island outside of the cyclone belt ensures endless summer. The north coast of the island, where there was once a coconut plantation, is nowadays a stylish refuge, surrounded by tropical scenery. This resort is also the only on the island. Belonging to the principled Six Senses hotel chain, nature was incorporated into the construction of the resort as much as possible. Revel in your surroundings here after the 20-minute flight from the main island, Mahé, or following a short boat trip from the nearby islands of La Digue or Praslin; enjoy the privacy and exclusive selection of wellness and spa services (yoga, massages etc.), as well as a choice of catering options. Multiple restaurants and bars ensure that any wish is fulfilled, from breakfast-only to full board, choose the perfect option for you. Those who think that the individual units of the resort can't live up to the facilities described so far couldn't be more mistaken! The seven bookable categories of the resort, stylish and lushly-fitted units, allow you to feel like you're in paradise. Each of the units, raised slightly above the ocean, possesses a terrace with quality sunloungers and seating arrangements, as well as a private infinity pool. Granite boulders, dotted around here and there, decorate the area in a picturesque fashion, while other units are actually built into the rocks themselves. Remaining outside, the original outdoor showers in the open-air are the icing on the cake as far as the impressive ambience goes. Inside the villas, the comfortable, colourful sofas provide you with a space to relax and enjoy the view, while the huge beds allow you to enjoy a siesta in peace if you so wish. Lots of fine wood and straightforwardly-designed, modestly-elegant furniture were meticulously chosen and placed in order to create an aesthetic frame for the interior of the villa, ensuring that high-end luxury is spread into even the smallest corner of the resort. Why not relax now and then in the panorama bathtub, perhaps listening to music on the HiFi system, along with a freshly-prepared hot or cold drink of your choice?
It is not just luxury that is important here, however. The Six Senses Zil Pasyon also places a lot of importance in the environment. The carbon footprint of the resort has been reduced thanks to special protection initiatives, such as the resort's reverse osmosis plant, water treatment facilities, solar panels, recycling, and the exclusive use of endemic plants for the landscaping of the resort. In addition, prior to the opening of the resort, extensive preparation and restoration of the endemic flora took place over several years, leaving the biodiversity of the island in a notably better state. The island offers a habitat for several endemic bird and plant species, many of which have disappeared from other parts of the Seychelles due to lack of living space.
The heavily-forested granite island of Félicité is located just 4 km (2.5 miles) from the northern coast of La Digue, and is 3 km (approx 2 miles) long, 1.3 km (0.8 miles) long, and about 3 square kilometres (1.15 square miles) in area. The highest point on the island is just 277 metres (908 feet) high, and shares its name with the island itself. Along with neighbouring Ile Cocos, les Soeurs, and Marianne, the island belongs to the so-called satellite islands of La Digue. Besides that, Félicité means “bliss”; personally, we're sure that the name couldn't be better-suited to another island, and we wish you a fantastic time at this unique hotel!

Shared transfer by speedboat from Praslin (20-25 minutes) or La Digue (10-15 minutes) jetty to Félicité jetty: 150€/person one way with the open air boat "Sense of Adventure", 225€/person one way with the boat "Sense of Travel". The prices for the boat transfer are based on a shared trip with at least 2 people. Private transfer prices can be requested at the time of booking.
Car transfer from Praslin airport to Praslin jetty (20 minutes): 65€/standard car (Hyundai or equivalent, for up to a maximum of 4 people plus luggage) or 100€/premium car (BMW or equivalent, for up to a maximum of 3 people plus luggage), price per way.
Transfer options from Mahé:
Private helicopter from Zil Air Lounge (next to Mahé Airport) to Felicité (around 20 minutes, available from 6:30am until 5:30pm, includes private transfer from Mahé Airport): 1.121€ one-way with Eurocopter EC120B (325kg maximum including passengers and luggage; up to 4 adults). 1 x soft suitcase per person is recommended.
