The five-bedroom Seascape Villa is located just 40 metres from the beach in the north-west of the small island of Cerf. From here, you can be sure of a stunning view of the Indian Ocean and the neighbouring island of Mahé, with its uniquely beautiful sunsets.

Description:
The historical details of the Seascape Villa make it something truly unique. The estate is located right on the beach of the small island of Cerf, on the north-western tip of the island, in the naturally-protected Sainte Anne Marine Park. Nowhere else in the Seychelles can you find such a collection of small islands as here, surrounded from a large coral reef that is rich in fish species. Cerf Island is therefore popular amongst snorkelling fans. The island is also ideal for exploring on-foot, simply wander around before returning to your incredible 3 x 6 metre pool. Jump into the cooling water before preparing a delicious meal in the practical barbeque area. Meanwhile, cosy furniture on the terrace provide a comfortable place to eat.
The interior offers a typical airy feeling. Large, sometimes room-sized windows ensure plenty of light and a sunlit interior. The deco is generally Creole, while the open-plan design of the villa offers the feeling of space to guests. The building almost seems like an American beach house, although the many decorative wooden elements and the numerous colourful details remind you where you are. In total, the house offers five double rooms, four of which offer a kingsize bed and one of which, the smallest, offers a comfortable queensize bed. The five bathrooms are all en suite and also contain high-quality fittings, including a shower and a WC each. The open-plan living and dining area contains a flatscreen TV and cosy lounge furniture, as well as plenty of space for all guests. Budding chefs will get their money’s worth here too thanks to the open-plan, modern kitchen, which contains everything you might need to cook up a delicious meal.
Cerf Island is just 1 km long and there are no cars on the island, and little in the way of bustle, allowing guests to enjoy their well-earned holiday rest. The beautiful beach which surrounds almost the entire island almost serves as the “road” on the island. The only two restaurants on the island (at the L’Habitation Hotel and the Cerf Island Resort) can be reached on-foot at low tide, although the island’s sand dunes invite you to go for a stroll anyway. Cerf Island itself is just a short five-minute boat journey from the main Seychelles island of Mahé, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops in the capital, Victoria, just waiting to be discovered.
Transfer Details:
The return transfer from Eden Island to Cerf Island will be conducted by the taxi boat of "L'Habitation". Timetable (subject to change):
Eden Island - Cerf Island: 10:30, 14:30, 16:00
Cerf Island - Eden Island: 07:30, 09:00, 12:30
- Transfer for arrival and departure (scheduled): complimentary
- Additional return boat trip (scheduled): SCR 100/adult & SCR 50 /child (3-11 years), payable on-site
- Private return boat trip (not scheduled, 06:30-18:00): €50/adult & €25/child (3-11 years), payable on-site
- Children 0-2 years old: free of charge
- Duration of the boat transfer: approx. 5 minutes in good weather (approx. 10-15 minutes depending on the weather, stormy, windy, rough sea)
Force majeure:
In the event of very bad weather conditions, the transfer may be cancelled for the safety of guests, in which case SeyVillas & L'Habitation (providers of the boat transfer) are excluded from liability.
The Seychelles Maritime Safety Authority will inform the accommodation on Cerf Island in the event of bad weather and issue appropriate warnings by email, social media, TV and radio.

Self-catering
Please note that breakfast and half board are not available at Hotel L'Habitation from 13 December to 17 December 2024. Only bookings on a self-catering basis are possible.
Breakfast and evening meals are served in the nearby restaurant of the Hotel L'Habitation. Booking on request and payment on site.
Please note that the path from the villa to the hotel leads along the beach and it is advisable to carry a flashlight at night.
On 24.12. and 31.12., the Gala Dinner is obligatory for bookings with half board. The supplement is surcharge is €55/ adult and €28/ child (4-11 years old).
You will receive a starter package upon arrival consisting of tea, coffee, milk, bread, eggs, butter, jam, juice, water, salt, pepper, and oil.
The price for 4 persons refers to the use of 2 bedrooms. The other bedrooms and associated bathrooms are not available. To use additional bedrooms, the villa must be booked with the corresponding number of people. The prices are valid for double occupancy per bedroom.

- Travel services will be carried out in English. In certain cases, German, French or Italian may be spoken.

- Since 01.08.2023, the sustainability levy for tourism has come into force. Holidaymakers have to pay between 25-100 Seychelles Rupees per person/night on arrival, depending on the size of the accommodation booked. Great villa, spacious, clean, location right on the beach. Minimal restrictions: relatively old kitchen utensils, broken fan in one room (wasn't repaired) only 2 remote controls for 4 air conditioning units in the rooms (disappeared?!). Transfers to the mainland were very expensive (we were 8 adults), probably free for hotel guests. Canoes not at the house, had to be arranged through the hotel. Overall, recommended at any time.
