You can find a small supermarket nearby as well, ensuring you can do all of your shopping on foot

The Lyla Beach Villa is a holiday dream - the luxurious white house offers large windows and stretches out over two floors with balconies overlooking the picturesque beach of Pointe au Sel on the south-east coast of Mahé. Here, you can spend an unforgettable holiday with friends or family with privacy guaranteed! The only thing separating you from the ocean is the fantastic infinity pool, surrounded by a sun terrace with inviting sun-loungers. Freshen up in the pool and enjoy views of the ocean. On the other side of the house you will find views of the tropical garden and imposing green mountains. Meanwhile, you can find a small supermarket nearby as well, which is ideal for self-caterers looking to do their shopping on-foot. Finally, restaurants and shops can also be found within walking distance.
The villa offers solar power, lending an environmentally-friendly touch to your stay, as well as tasteful architecture inside and outside. Large windows let in plenty of light and make it possible to look out into the surrounding nature. The interior of the air-conditioned house is open with a living and dining area as well as a super modern kitchen with high-quality fittings - these three rooms lead into one another, ensuring there is a feeling of space and freedom in the property. The colours are bright, natural, and maritime in nature, which blends in with the island’s atmosphere nicely The chic wooden furniture also fits in nicely to the interior design concept - modern, but warm and inviting. Each of the bedrooms also offers an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while one of the bathrooms also has its own bathtub.
Lyla Beach Villa is so beautiful that you won’t want to leave, but you should still take some time to explore the surrounding island of Mahé. Drive along the coast with a rental car and find beach after beach along the way. If you like hiking, the tropical landscape in the interior of the island or the Jardin du Roi spice garden, around 3.5 km away, are both worth a visit. The Jardin offers a mixture of spice plantations, botanical gardens, and is also a naturally-protected area. Meanwhile, the capital of Victoria is well worth a visit, just 18 km away. This quaint town offers plenty of sights and attractions, picturesque alleys to explore, a lively market, and a harbour with numerous small cafés, bars, and Creole restaurants.

If the villa is booked for 4 persons, the third bedroom and accompanying bathroom will be closed for the duration of the stay.
Please note that for stays between 14.12.2023 and 10.01.2024, the extra bed supplement is €150.
Important information:
Please note that you will have to pay a deposit of €250 to the accommodation. This will be refunded at checkout assuming there is no damage to the property.
You will receive a starter package upon arrival containing tea, coffee, sugar, bread, eggs, milk, juice, butter, marmalade, and water.
Children above 10 years of age are permitted to stay at the property.

A very modern, spacious new villa that leaves nothing to be desired. Very tastefully furnished with really everything you need. We felt very comfortable right away, you can stay in the villa for a whole day without feeling like you're missing out on anything from this beautiful island. Of course, the combination of pool and beach is unique. WLAN works perfectly throughout the house, the local landline telephone is also very practical if you want to make a reservation in a restaurant. The landlady Tricia is very friendly and helpful, she has a great interest in the guests not wanting for anything. Communication with Tricia is uncomplicated and always prompt. Just opposite the villa is a well-stocked grocery store where you can get everything you need for everyday use. There are several restaurants in the vicinity (a few minutes by car). We recommend the café and restaurant "Kafe Kreol" with a wonderful view of the sea. If you don't want to drive, you can get good cocktails and good food in the hotel next door. Lovely Tanya comes by every day, checks on things, puts the house in order and is there if anything is needed. Darius comes every morning and cleans the outside of the house. Darius and his wife Amina prepared an original Creole dinner for us. Among other things with grilled fish and octopus curry. Don't miss out on this, it couldn't be better! The airport is only 15 minutes away, you don't hear the planes at all. We had a rental car delivered to the villa at no extra charge, a rental car is definitely recommended.
