It's also worth exploring the rest of the island by rental car. The Vallée de Mai National Park is approx. 5.2km away. This untouched jungle area is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to all six palm species endemic to the Seychelles. The most well-known of these is the Coco de Mer - the largest nut in the world.
