Description:
Finding a large villa so close to the sea is not easy. However, to find one that is as comfortable and aesthetically pleasing as the Villa Elodia is a particularly fortunate circumstance. It immediately impresses with its friendly appearance, which is expressed in the outdoor area as a well-tended garden that offers a variety of opportunities to spend quality time outdoors. Next to the lawn interspersed with tropical plants is the covered veranda right next to the house, which in turn merges into an open area that forms a wonderful chill-out area together with the small pool. A variety of tasteful furniture for sitting and lounging on these outdoor areas invite you to really make the most of your relaxation time. On top of this, you can enjoy the further terrace built on a rock, which not only offers additional inviting relaxation spots with a view, but also a covered jacuzzi. Short distances not only to the beach, but also to shopping and dining options make this holiday home even more attractive.
Floor-to-ceiling windows lead from the veranda into the interior of the house, which harmoniously combines stylish chic with comprehensive living comfort. Relax on the cosy sofa and enjoy a meal indoors - the dining table is ready and waiting. Thanks to the large windows, there is plenty of fresh air plus a garden view. For self-catering, there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare even the most elaborate meals. Three charming bedrooms call for a good night's sleep at the end of a fulfilling day's holiday, with en suite modern bathrooms adding to the comfort that has been impressively demonstrated up to this point.
In addition to the beach on the doorstep, there are many other beautiful stretches of sea to discover on Mahé. The largest Seychelles island also offers a number of other attractive excursion destinations. Beautiful walking and hiking trails and natural highlights including fantastic views over the Indian Ocean are definitely worth exploring. Visit the nearby Jardin du Roi (3.6 km), a spice garden where you can discover many exotic spices. A trip to the capital Victoria (17.6 km) is also definitely worthwhile!

The owners offer dinner on request on site at a price of approx. 35 €/person.
On arrival you will receive a starter pack of food and drinks such as water, bread, eggs, milk, fruit, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee as well as a bottle of wine.
