This accommodation deserves 10 stars! You arrive in absolute paradise on the dream beach of Praslin! This family-run business is managed with great passion, dedication, and high standards, and every request is taken care of immediately. There are a total of 12 rooms: three in each house, one upstairs with even more space and a private balcony, and two downstairs with direct beach access from the veranda. Thanks to the mirrored windows, we had the necessary privacy even in our ground-floor room, and the 20 meters directly from the room to the sea were simply incredible! The room is fantastic, and everything is thoughtfully designed. For example, the power outlets have USB-C ports, so you don't need an adapter; the wardrobe is the perfect size for a suitcase, so you can open your entire suitcase inside; the bathroom sink is raised for added comfort; and the kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and almost more appliances than you'd have at home. From bed, you can faintly hear the sound of the sea, and you have the privilege of having plenty of space and sun loungers available all day long at Anse Lazio, which, due to its beauty, is quite busy between 10 am and 4 pm. Before and after peak times, however, there aren't many people, as there isn't much accommodation in the area. The bus stop is a bit of a walk over the hill, so we opted for a rental car, which Alyssa arranged for us. There are two restaurants for eating; we only occasionally at Mabuya Restaurant, which is unfortunately a bit overpriced for the quality due to its tourist hotspot. We never went to Le Chevalier. Both restaurants offer breakfast, but only within a maximum window of 1.5 hours, which didn't fit into our schedule, so we ate on our own. The nearest supermarket for groceries is about a 5-minute drive away. As mentioned, in our opinion, the beach is one of the most beautiful in the Seychelles, both on land and underwater. On both sides, if you snorkel out a little, you can see sea turtles and small reef sharks. The water is crystal clear! Der Familienbetrieb ist mit viel Leidenschaft, Engagement und hohen Ansprüchen geführt und es wird sich um jedes Anliegen sofort gekümmert.

Total gibt es 12 Zimmer, pro Haus 3 jeweils eins oben mit noch mehr Platz und privatem Balkon und zwei unten mit direktem Strandzugang von der Veranda aus. Durch die verspiegelten Fensterscheiben hatten wir auch in unserem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss die nötige Privatsphäre und die 20 Meter direkt aus dem Zimmer ins Meer waren einfach einmalig! Das Zimmer ist top und alles ist durchdacht z. B. gibt es bei den Steckdosen direkt USB C Anschlüsse, sodass man keinen Adapter braucht, der Kleiderschrank hat genau das Kofferformat, sodass man auch den ganzen Koffer darin aufklappen kann, das Waschbecken im Bad ist erhöht für mehr Komfort, in der Küche gibt es eine Spühlmaschiene, Kaffeemaschiene, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und fast mehr Geräte als zu Hause. Im Bett hört man leise das Meeresrauschen und man hat den ganzen Tag das Privileg genug Platz und Liegestühle zur Verfügung zu haben am Anse Lazio, der aufgrund seiner Schönheit zwischen 10-16 Uhr durchaus rege besucht wird. Vor und nach den Stosszeiten, gibt es aber nicht mehr viele Menschen, da es in der Umgebung nicht viele Unterkünfte gibt.

Die Bushaltestelle ist einen weiteren Fussmarsch über den Hügel entfernt, sodass wir uns für ein Mietauto entschieden haben, welches Alyssa für uns organisiert hat. Zum Essen gibt es zwei Restaurants, wir waren nur ab und zu im Mabuya Restaurant, welches leider etwas überteuert ist für die Qualität aufgrund des Touristenhotspots. Im Le Chevalier waren wir nie. Grundsätzlich bieten beide Restaurants auch Frühstück an, dies jedoch nur in einer Zeitspanne von max. 1.5h, sodass das nicht in unseren Zeitplan gepasst hat und wir selbständig gefrühstückt haben. In ca. 5 Autominuten erreicht man den nächsten Supermarkt zum einkaufen von Lebensmitteln.

Der Strand ist wie gesagt unserer Meinung nach einer der schönsten der Seychellen an Land wie auch unter Wasser. Auf beiden Seiten kann man wenn man ein bisschen rausschnorchelt Wasserschildkröten und kleine Riffhaie sehen. Das Wasser ist Glasklar!

Lazio Beach Residence – our final stop and the place that truly stole our hearts ❤️

It’s hard to find the right words to describe how beautiful everything was — far beyond our expectations. It truly felt like a dream come true.

The property is fantastic; from the moment you step in, you feel special. The garden is stunning, everything is spotless, and the apartment... simply amazing: new, very spacious, beautifully arranged, fully equipped with everything you could need, and impeccably clean — with daily housekeeping. And all this just 20 steps away from the magnificent Anse Lazio. The place itself takes your breath away. Everything was perfect!
But what made it truly magical were our wonderful hosts. We were overwhelmed by their warmth and kindness from the very beginning until the moment we left. On our last day, we had a late evening flight, and Audrey went out of her way to let us stay until the evening before our departure.

Audrey, Alyssa, and James — thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for us! ???? We truly hope to return one day...

A superb accommodation, a fantastic location right on Praslin's best beach, fully furnished (including a washing machine!), and a perfect base for exploring the island with a rental car, but you do have to be prepared to do a bit of Mario Cart driving. Very friendly staff, and breakfast is served at the beach bar next door, which is fine (and convenient).

Eine Super-Unterkunft, traumhafte Lage direkt am besten Strand von Praslin, komplett eingerichtet (incl. Waschmaschine!), mit einem Mietwagen der perfekte Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Insel, aber man muss bereit sein, ein wenig "Mario-Cart" zu fahren. Sehr freundliches Personal, das Frühstück gibt es bei der Strandbar nebenan und das ist oke (und praktisch).
