The villa and the bungalows of the Coté Sud complex are located about 1.5 km (approx. 1 mile) away from the spectacular Anse Intendance beach. This extensive stretch of sand is a true paradise, and offers spectacular sunset views. Take a stroll down from your bungalow or villa in the evening to experience the fading light of the day over the water.

Each of the Coté Sud's bungalows are well-equipped, and offer high-quality creole interior decoration, creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere throughout the whole estate. Meanwhile, the spacious Villa Gli Aranci is also furnished in a high-quality creole style. All of the bedrooms offer air-conditioning and fans, ensuring a calm, cool night's sleep despite the warmth of the country. The bathrooms are generally simple, with showers and bathtubs, and the villa has two of them. Finally, there is also WiFi throughout the accommodation which guests can use. Although a self-catering accommodation, the Coté Sud offers private verandas where you can enjoy your own breakfast. This way, you can look out onto the beautiful, exotic garden, full of palm trees, while soaking up that 'holiday feeling'. There is also a pool which offers a cooling place to refresh yourself on hot days.
