The Seychelles islands are home to a large number of self-catering accommodations and guesthouses. Usually, they can be found in the form of apartments containing a double room, bathroom, and kitchenette, and their standard usually falls short of the luxury section of the Seychelles market, with those looking for a more high-class Seychelles holiday checking into a hotel or resort instead. However, the Vilas de Jardin on Mahé are bridging this gap thanks to their modern, high-class villa estate for self-caterers, that definitely compares well to the rest of the Seychelles' luxury market in terms of features and quality.
The villas themselves are available as either one or two-bedroom accommodations, and offer a high level of privacy to guests. They are spread out spaciously on a beautiful slope, rising into the air behind the picturesque Port Glaud. From here, guests can enjoy a spectacular view of the ocean right on their doorstep. The interior is bright and airy, and with sizes in excess of 100 square metres, the villas offer lots of space for a Seychelles holiday in peace and tranquility. Large windows reveal a superb ocean view, and flood the house with plenty of light. Finally, the expansive veranda with high-quality outdoor furnishings gives guests a great outdoor space as well.
The Villas de Jardin were built with a high degree of attention-to-detail: the floor is made from dark tiles, the wash basin etched out from a single piece of stone, and the bathroom contains an extra-large interior shower, as well as an outdoor shower too. The 1-bedroom villa can be used by up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). The 2-bedroom villa can be used by up to 7 people (7 adults/children).
Please note that from 19.12.24-10.01.25, 17.04.-24.04.25, 19.12.25-10.01.26, 02.04.26-10.04.26,19.12.26-10.01.27 : a surcharge of €12/ extra bed will be added to the normal cost of it.

A hidden gem on Port Glaud! the road to the accommodation is very steep, but what a stunning view. It makes all worth it. The accommodation is more a big house with a very big terras, you can look over the ocean. And watch the stars at night. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are from high quality. The reception staff is friendly and they have little puppies and tortois farm. The accommodation is a bit further away from the touristic side but when you have a car you can easily ride to the nearest beaches, Port Glaud, Port Launay, Anse Beoliere, Anse Soleil, and the waterfalls Sauzier just 1,3 km.
Really great accommodation, super modern, beautifully designed, stunning view of the sea, although without a rental car there isn't much in the area that you can reach. We enjoyed the last few days of our trip in peace. Translation (DE): GoogleTranslate
