The three welcoming apartments of Row's Villa are located less than 10 minutes' walk from one of the most famous beaches in the world, Beau Vallon, and, thanks to their equipment, they are perfect for a self-catering holiday. All of the apartments can be found in one building, and entice their guests in with their balconies and verandas, as well as their fully-equipped kitchen and simple, homely interior, which contributes to the pleasant overall atmosphere of the holiday.
Start your day with breakfast on your veranda before taking a stroll to what is quite possibly the most famous beach in the Seychelles, Beau Vallon. Here, you can enjoy the tropical flair of the beach, and see pristine white sand, crystal-clear water, and stunning palm tree foliage with your own eyes. Spend a day at the beach trying out one of a number of different watersports, or wander down to the nearby souvenir shops before treating yourself to a delicious cocktail in one of the beach bars.
In the evening you'll have the choice between dining in one of the nearby restaurants to Row's Villa or preparing some freshly-caught fish yourself in the apartment's kitchen. With plenty of different possibilities, there's enough flexibility to suit anyone.
Another thing you shouldn't miss during your stay is a trip to the Seychelles' capital city, Victoria, with its many colourful markets and cultural attractions, including a number of art galleries. Victoria can easily be reached using the bus that stops just next to the estate.
All in all, Row's Villa is perfect for anyone looking for an alternative to a hotel, without wanting to miss out on close proximity to restaurants, bars, or the beach.

We had the small apartment and it was completely sufficient. The facility is ok, very clean and completely sufficient even for a short vacation. You can have a nice breakfast on the small balcony. The bus stops are exactly opposite. Behind it is a food truck with very good food (even if it doesn't look like it at first glance - it's called Sisters). Since we have to give a star in order to be able to give a review, this is the location! We had the small apartment on the ground floor. The furnishings, the equipment of the kitchen and the bathroom can best be described as loveless. We felt like we were in a junk shop. Nothing matched. Everything that was left somewhere was put here. The only purpose is to make money. You can't really speak of cleanliness. In the bathroom, all the fittings were not really firmly attached to the wall and were shaking around. You couldn't open the tap all the way because it hit the mirror shelf. We had an open shower, the partition was probably part of another. You might be able to hang a Tempo on the attached towel rack that was directly above the sink counter, but very carefully because only one screw was tightened. You didn't even want to touch the pots in the kitchen, let alone cook with them. Likewise the dishes. We washed off what we needed under running water. There was no stopper for the sink. About the staff: Consistently unfriendly. We were greeted by an older lady who introduced herself to us as the manager and, shortly after saying hello, pointed out the rules: no air conditioning when absent, windows closed when the air conditioning is running. Since there was no fan in the room, we had to run the air conditioning. Strangely enough, it always switched off at 12:00 a.m. We assume it was programmed that way. After all, the guest shouldn't be comfortable. We received the WiFi password after the third request. The WiFi function was rather poor. The room was cleaned every day between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. You should not be present during this time. We didn't notice anything about cleaning. Only the bed was made and the towels were changed once. We saw the cleaner every morning. She didn't speak to us. During our entire stay, the exterior facade was being painted by a single man with a small brush. It didn't matter whether we were sitting on our terrace or in the room. Painting was the order of the day, regardless of whether there were guests there or not. There was no question of privacy or hospitality. But, the big hammer still comes: I was in the bathroom and wanted to take a shower, the bathroom window was pushed open to ventilate, so it was pushed shut from the outside.
