Description:
The apartments of the Cote d'Or Apartment complex are located in the north-east of Praslin, where harmony and serenity form a part of daily life. This region is also home to the spectacular Cote d'Or beach, which is just 50 metres away from the apartments: from the balcony, guests can enjoy the nice ocean breeze. The property is also located close to a road, so guests can expect some background noise from traffic. However, this also provides easy-access to much of the rest of the island via rental car.
The apartments are furnished using the finest Italian wooden furniture, and include facilities such as a fully-fitted kitchen, air-conditioning, and WiFi, allowing guests to spend their self-catering holiday in comfort. Thanks to its ideal location on the famous Cote d'Or esplanade, the estate also has easy-access to a number of restaurants and small shops, allowing you to spontaneously decide upon meals and evening plans. We would recommend anyone staying here to book into the Pirogue and Le Laurier, whose Creole and international delicacies will satisfy any taste.
The apartments also lie near to the largest natural reserve on Praslin, the Vallée de Mai, which belongs to the UNESCO world heritage, thanks largely to the native Coco de Mer palm tree that can be found here. It's really a must-do while on Praslin, as it's hard to accurately reflect its natural beauty in words.

Very spacious apartment. Bathroom, bedroom, living room and balcony really nice. The only thing that bothered us was the really small work surface in the kitchen, but otherwise very good kitchen appliances and equipment. The staff was very nice and so was the manager, even though we broke a glass. The facility is monitored by a security guard from 5 p.m. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, as are numerous shopping opportunities and take aways. Translation (DE): GoogleTranslate
Apartment located in an excellent position being on the Cote d'Or, near supermarkets, take-aways and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, from which several excursions to the nearby islands depart. Large apartment, equipped with everything you need, beautiful external courtyard. There is also a microwave oven for heating up quick meals. If you can't sleep with the light, bring an eye mask, the curtains on the windows let the light filter through at dawn! Cleanliness could be improved. The owner is kind and helpful in organizing excursions by getting in touch with the locals. We really appreciated the fact that they let us stay on the external veranda of the apartment 1 hour after check-out waiting for them to pick us up at the agreed time.
