Very good cleaning. Unfortunate location that justifies renting a car which we did not do on the other hand the bus stop is right in front of the structure. You cross the road and you are on the beach. Great availability of the owner both for advice and to prepare dinner or breakfast.

In most cases, isolated locations mean that beaches and other attractions are located further afield than normal, and that you need a certain amount of conscious longing for seclusion to fully enjoy your stay. That, however, is far from the case here! In fact, the YASAD Luxury Beach Residence, built in 1996 and renovated in 2016, offers incredible seclusion with unbeatable proximity to not one but two beautiful beaches. Just a stone's throw away, across the asphalt, and you're already there on the sandy beach of Anse Bateau or Anse St. Sauveur. The small coastal street, however, doesn't disturb at all, with just a few cars driving by each hour. This ensures that time spent outdoors at the accommodation will be relaxing, too. The private balcony also allows holidaymakers to enjoy a cooling drink while gazing out onto the wonderful ocean. Those who wish can also serve up a delicious barbeque with regional delicacies, as there is a barbeque grill available for use on the 1000 metre-square estate.

It sounds as if you'll be spending a lot of your time in the open air, and that will certainly probably be the case during the day. That said, the interior also offers a really pleasant space for relaxation if you wish. A bright, contemporary flair underlines the spaciousness of the accommodation, while the comprehensive facilities offer up everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Modern, considered decoration ensures a cosy atmosphere. In terms of accommodation, you have the choice between one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, so singles, couples, families,and friends will all find something to suit them here. All of the units have comfortably-arranged bedrooms, a bathroom or multiple bathrooms with shower, air-conditioning, cable TV, and a safe. The small living area is ideally-suited to reading, watching a film, or simply talking to your holiday companions, while the fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your meals.

Praslin is the Seychelles' second-largest island, and has around 7,000 permanent residents. The island is a much-loved destination for tourists, thanks in part to its world-class beaches, including Anse Lazio and Anse Georgette. In addition, the centre of the island contains the Vallée de Mai nature reserve, which is home to six different types of endemic palm trees that can only be found in the Seychelles.
