Self-caterers, take notice! The welcoming, straightforward Grann Kaz apartments are an excellent choice, not only because of their extensive grounds in the beautiful west of the island, but also thanks to their amenities. The building, with its attractive balconies and surrounding garden, undoubtedly encourages a great deal of outside time during your stay. Look out over lush nature and enjoy pure idyll from your own balcony or terrace. The practical, stylish outdoor furniture will certainly make you want to sit with a cool drink or a page-turner, or bring the home-away-from-home feeling of the property outside. Besides that, why not enjoy your meals in the open-air? What better could there be than a delicious breakfast looking out over the incredible blue sky, all the time planning your day, or enjoy your self-prepared dishes during the day here?
Thankfully, preparing these meals is just as easy due to the fully-equipped kitchen. Decorative built-in cupboards along with dark marble work surfaces and bright walls create a really neat interior, where you can easily prepare food together if you want. Take a short nap after lunch in the comfortable bed, or settle down for a relaxing night’s sleep in the evening. The spacious, well-furnished, air-conditioned apartments will win you over with their straightforward feeling, bright colours, and use of wooden features. Creole flair is combined with modern features, ensuring that the authentic feeling of the Seychelles remains.
The three Standard Apartments, located on the ground floor, offer 65m² in space each, alongside a queensize bed, kitchen unit, a small dining table, and a private veranda. In the two Superior Apartments on the first floor are 85m² each, and offer either a kingsize bed or twin beds, alongside a sofa bed and a small kitchen unit with refrigerator, alongside a dining table and their own balcony. The 95m² Deluxe Apartment is located on the top floor, and serves up a kingsize bed or twin beds, a sofa bed, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, a dining table, and its own balcony. The guesthouse also offers a garden barbeque and a varied entertainment room on the first floor.
A must-have for self-caterers, there are a few shops and a take-away within walking distance of the Grann Kaz. Those who want something a bit more can enjoy a few restaurants as well in the surrounding area. The accommodation is, furthermore, not too far from the beach, with Anse à la Mouche lying just 400m away. The beach here is really shallow, and is ideally-suited to families with small children. Fishing and diving are also possible nearby. Anyone looking to improve their handicap can visit the Seychelles Golf Club, just 10km away from the estate, while the traditional Anchor Café is just 700m from the accommodation as well.

The accommodation was very clean and I was helped with dinner on the day of my arrival. Breakfast is brought to the terrace of your apartment. The owner patiently explained to me every day how to get to the sights by car and gave me additional tips. I thought it was very nice that I could walk to the beach in about 5 minutes.
