Description:
Palm trees sway in the wind with the blue sky as their backdrop. Birdsong fills the air and exotic flowers create a beautiful scented atmosphere. The sun beats down and the blue of the pool shimmers under it. The Eden Hills Residence certainly lives up to its name, and a small piece of paradise is guaranteed here. Relax on one of the comfortable sun-loungers in the grounds of the estate, while the kids play in the huge communal pool, or why not enjoy a family meal in the barbeque area? You also have everything you need during your stay, either provided - including 1.5 litres of water every day – or on your doorstep in one of the restaurants and shops that can be found within walking distance. If you want to feel the sea breeze on your face, the closest beach is just 800 metres away. With lush greenery and huge rocks, Anse Louis is certainly impressive, and the beach itself has fine white sand and rolling waves. This bay is ideal for surfing as well as romantic walks on the beach or relaxation, especially at sunset, which is stunning.
You enter your apartment over an open staircase with flower decoration. Here, a huge living area with a view of the garden awaits. Thanks to your private balcony or veranda, you have your very own spot to enjoy the sunshine, enjoy a meal, or let the day expire with a wonderful self-made cocktail. Thanks to the fully-equipped kitchen, you have everything you need for your stay. The bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also ideal. Meanwhile, warm wooden elements, white accents, and yellow features create a warm interior feeling and a fresh atmosphere. Large white wardrobes ensure you have plenty of storage, while the bathroom is a real highlight with its natural stone and marble-flocked shower.
Banjos, violins, and triangles lead the movement of the dancers of the Anse Boileau district. This area, where the Eden Hills Residence is located, is well-known for its traditional Kanmtole dance. The whole island also has a lot more to offer. As the largest of the Seychelles islands, Mahé offers impressive sandy beaches and hilly, lush green scenery. You can get to the Morne Seychellois National Park in just 20 minutes by car, containing mangrove forests, jungles scenery, and giant tortoises as well. If you prefer cities then the Eden Hills Residence is around 30 minutes' drive from Victoria, the capital of the Seychelles. Here, you can enjoy a botanical garden, museums, the harbour, or the clock tower, perhaps the most famous landmark in the Seychelles. Besides that, the city offers a small, wonderful market, as well as quaint shops and restaurants where you can relax and browse to your heart's content.

Self-catering
You will receive a starter package upon arrival, including 2 lavazza coffees, 1.5 litres of mineral water, juice, eggs, soft drinks, milk, butter, bread, cheese, and ham.
In cases where two people book the 2-bedroom apartment, the other room will remain closed for the duration of their stay.

- Travel services will be carried out in English. In certain cases, German, French or Italian may be spoken.

- Please note that construction works are taking place on the neighbouring property from Monday to Saturday from approximately 08:00 to approximately 17:00. The expected noise level will be at a minimum so as not to disrupt guests.

Holidaymakers have to pay between 25-100 Seychelles Rupees per person/night on arrival, depending on the size of the accommodation booked. Excellent accomodation with very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Veronique and the team! Fantastic welcome package of goodies, including pink champagne in the fridge! Daily refill of water and coffee/tea!
Wonderful quiet pool area and off-the-road parking option at the property. Only downside was other occupants occasionally not being particularly respectful with their parking :-( There is room for 5 cars, but it requires that everyone parks sensibly and with consideration for others.
Very nice apartments, very comfortable, spacious, well air-conditioned, top-of-the-range equipment, very clean. Very good welcome and rare thing fridge filled with high quality food (ham, eggs, drinks, there is even Prosecho and wine) and a very nice basket of fresh fruit (there is quantity and quality) . We really feel like privileged guests. We loved the location, Anse Louis beach is a 7-minute walk away (with Anse Soleil these are the two beaches on Mahé that we preferred). We strongly recommend that you have your own car to live because it is essential to have a choice of shops and restaurants and especially to shine in the island of Mahé which is really very interesting to visit.
