Completely run-down, very old, very dark rooms, many things broken, shower falling apart, hardly any light in the room, various insects and very large spiders in the room, floors filthy, you couldn't walk barefoot, towels old, shabby, stained, pool bar closed the entire time we stayed, beach unusable due to stingrays in the sea, breakfast absolutely inedible, very old, grimy plates with mush – we went out for breakfast. Dinner was okay. This place should be removed from their portfolio; you can't send guests here, especially not for the completely exorbitant price in relation to what you get. The staff were very, very friendly – but it seems to be complete management mismanagement. We complained about the outrageously high laundry service costs and only received a shrug. Even Dubai doesn't charge such prices, and there you even get your clothes ironed. In principle, they should refund part of the cost.

Please note that maintenance works will be carried out at the Beach House of Bliss Hotel from 17 to 24 June 2026 from approximately 08:00 to approximately 17:00. The works are limited to the Beach House only, and every effort will be made to keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the guests.
Since 01.08.2023, the sustainability levy for tourism has come into force.
