Tropical vegetation as far as the eye can see… the Bliss Hotel Praslin is a charming hotel in luxurious green surroundings, right by the romantic beach of Grand Anse. Spend time at the white, sandy beach and enjoy the view of the small islands of COusin and Cousine on the horizon. The pool and adjacent bar are ideal spots to enjoy a cocktail or two with the ocean breeze on your face. The swimming pool is perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or a day spent exploring the island, while the beachhouse restaurant serves up mediterranean cuisine in a cosy, elegant atmosphere, prepared by the dedicated chef. You can also enjoy a breakfast buffet and à la carte cuisine throughout the day here. Only local produce is served here on the open-air terrace. Located by the ocean, and in harmony with the natural surroundings, the Pure Bliss Spa offers a wide range of products made entirely from organic ingredients. Enjoy a moment of relaxation with a wellness treatment. You can also pay a visit to the Curio Boutique, where you will find local, hand-made wares that you serve well as souvenirs. Meanwhile, your private terrace is ideal for enjoying a drink in the morning or evening with the sounds of the birds all around you and views of flowers, plants, and tortoise families that wander the estate as well.
The 15 chalets of the hotel are made of local wood and granite and their interior design was inspired by the Seychelles and contain 27 rooms for two to five guests. Choose between the Charm and Superior Rooms, as well as the Family Suites. Regardless of which you opt for, the Creole atmosphere will make you feel right at home straight away. Harmonious natural colours and wood in combination with white walls and carefully-chosen decorative elements create a cosy, stylish atmosphere. The air-conditioned rooms offer stunning garden views as well. Finally, a TV, minibar, and safe are standard in all rooms, as are tea and coffee making facilities, a hair dryer, and a small selection of toiletries in the bathroom.
The hotel team are passionate about the environmental protection of tortoises. With that in mind, pay a visit to the tortoise station where you can learn more about these beautiful animals and their way of life. Meanwhile, the UNESCO Vallée de Mai is a must-see on Praslin, and it lies just 10 minutes’ drive away. This huge nature park is home to endemic plant species, including the famous Coco de Mer palm tree. You should plan to spend a whole day there, as there are various paths that take you around the wonderful nature there. Finally, with a car, you can discover more of the island, including various beaches such as Anse Kerlan and Anse Possession.

The staff was great. Very friendly and lovely. Especially Ishan and Rabbi in the restaurant. The (evening) meal was delicious! There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel - but you can book a rental car on site. Supermarket just a few minutes' walk away.
