The German owner of these two stylish villas calls her small idyll the best-kept secret of Praslin. Indeed, this small corner of paradise was built right next to the beach of Anse Kerlan, and offers a spectacular view of the Indian Ocean and the two offshore islands of Cousin and Cousine. The sun sets behind these two islands every evening, bathing the sky in a breathtaking sea of colours. Another advantage of the location is the close proximity to the incredible Anse Georgette, which competes with Anse Lazio for the title of the island's most beautiful beach. There are also a few take aways, restaurants and supermarkts nearby, so anyone who doesn't feel like cooking dinner in the evening can easily get some delicious food there.
The apartments are modern, and their style is comparable with high-level European establishments. There are two 2-bedroom apartments available, both of which offer a spacious lounge area, a beautiful ocean view, and a large veranda. The apartments are perfect for couples who want a bit of extra space, or for families of two adults and up to two children (from 12 years old). The apartments also come with high-quality furniture, a large living room, two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Finally, breakfast can be booked on-site, and is served on your private veranda with a view of the Indian Ocean.
The friendly owner, Dagmar, and her daughter Natalie are happy to arrange island excursions, a rental car, snorkelling trips, or barbeque tours to other islands. They will also be happy to help with any questions and enquiries you might have. Villas du Voyageur was our first accommodation in the Seychelles. We felt very comfortable here. After a week we were already deeply relaxed. The house is very beautiful, the almost private bay is beautiful, even if you can't really swim here, at least during the southeast monsoon season.
