A very pleasant hotel complex with a beautiful beach. The garden is lovely and well-maintained. The rooms are superbly equipped. Cleanliness and room service are impeccable. The service is very attentive overall. We also used the laundry service; it was lightning fast and of the highest quality. The cuisine, especially at dinner, was beyond praise. We highly recommend this hotel. One small suggestion for the hotel: the entrance from the road could use a more visible sign.

The assistance from the Creole Travel staff was excellent, always available, professional, and attentive to every need, helping to make travel easy and stress-free. My only complaint is the excursions, which, in my opinion, are a bit expensive for what they offer in terms of experience and included services.
