Activities and specials:
- Breakfast can be booked as an optional extra. This tropical twist on the continental breakfast can also be served right on your private balcony.
- Self-caterers (minimum stay 3 nights) can enjoy a welcome pack containing tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, jam, sugar, eggs, yoghurt, cheese, and water (If the room is booked with breakfast, the welcome pack will not be provided).
- Beau Vallon lends itself especially well to sunset strolls along the waterfront.
- Some excellent restaurants can be found within walking distance, including the Boat House, Baobab Pizzeria, La Perle Noire, and the Coco d'Or.
- Beau Vallon offers ideal conditions for swimming, snorkelling, and a number of other watersports. Therefore, Beau Vallon aquatic sports center provides free non-motorized water sports equipment.
The Hanneman Holiday Residence is located on Beau Vallon in the north of Mahé. This beach is among the most famous anywhere in the world, and is the widest stretch of sand in the Seychelles. Unlike many of the country's smaller coves and bays, it's a great location for fans of watersports, as you can enjoy surfing and waterskiing here like nowhere else in the Seychelles. The high levels of activity have ensured that, over the last few years, a bustling town has sprung up all around the beach. There are several bars, restaurants, and shops for your daily needs. For those on Mahé without a car, this is the perfect place to stay, as everything you need can be found right on your doorstep. Despite all this, the beach itself somehow manages to remain uncrowded, even during high season. The sand here is fine, and slopes extremely gently into the ocean. On top of that, the natural vegetation here offers a degree of shade.
The Hanneman Holiday Residence is a real high-quality apartment complex, located just 500 metres from this beach. The accommodation is under German management, and fulfils all expectations of cleanliness. Everything in the spacious apartments is spotless, and the modern facilities only add to the good feeling you get about the residence. The apartments of the accommodation either have one or two bedrooms, a large open kitchen, a dining area, a living space, a flatscreen TV, ceiling fans, a guest toilet, and a balcony. The washing machine with integrated dryer, and the pull-out drying rack, are located in a separate room next to the kitchen.

Facilities: The Duplex consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower and 220 volt shaver plug. Downstairs there is a large open-plan fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge, freezer, spacious living and dining area with flatscreen TV, free WiFi, ceiling fan, separate guest toilet, washing machine with integrated tumble dryer, collapsible drying rack and a furnished balcony measuring 20m² catering for outdoor dining and relaxation. There is a separate bathroom with shower and 220 volt shaver plug.

Size: 145 m²
Facilities: Penthouse with two bedrooms. A spacious 145m² unit on one level with a separate fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining room with flatscreen TV, free WiFi, ceiling fan, guest toilet and furnished 18m² balcony. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and integrated tumble dryer. The large master bedroom with kingsize bed is air-conditioned and contains a seating area, study corner, storage room, private terrace and en-suite bathroom and shower. The second air-conditioned bedroom also has a kingsize double bed with private terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Please note: during the peak season (04.04.2020-18.04.2020, 23.12.2020-08.01.2021 & 28.03.2021-11.04.2021), the price for an extra bed for an adult is at €67/night and for children at the age of 6 to 11 years it is at €34/night on self-catering.
Guests booked on self-catering basis staying 3 night or more: Starter package provided upon arrival containing tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, jam, mineral water, eggs, yogurt and cheese.
Please note that prospectively until 30.06.2021, there will be construction works taking place at the neighbouring property from Mondays until Fridays from 07:00 to 17:00 and on Saturdays from 07:00 to 15:00. You will receive an appropriate discount which will be applied automatically.
