The location offers ups and downs: + Very close and ideal to the beach and all the great nearby opportunities at Beau Vallon. - Location almost directly on the main connecting road to the north with heavy traffic during the day from 07:00 o'clock

Wir fanden die Pension in Bezug auf Ausstattung, Frühstück und Service gut.
Die Lage bietet Licht und Schatten:
+ sehr nah und ideal zum Strand und den gesamten tollen nahen Möglichkeiten am Beau Vallon.
- Lage fast direkt an der Hauptverbindungsstrasse nach Norden mit viel Verkehr am Tag ab 07:00 Uhr

- Does not match the pictures - Very run down - Price - performance is not right - Rooms are cold and uncomfortable furnished - Staff, especially breakfast girl very rude - Bathroom was not clean - There is no blackout option (It has many windows!) It is in the evening bright from the lanterns and in the morning you are awake just after sunrise. We didn't feel comfortable, so we talked to the hotel and Seyvillas. Unfortunately there was no way to meet us. We changed hotels after one night independently of Seyvillas.

- Es gibt keine Verdunklungs- Möglichkeit (Es hat viele Fenster!) Abends ist es hell von den Laternen und morgens ist man kurz nach Sonnenaufgang wach.

Wir fühlten uns nicht wohl, haben das Gespräch gesucht mit dem Hotel und Seyvillas. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit uns entgegenzukommen. Wir haben nach einer Nacht unabhängig von Seyvillas das Hotel gewechselt.

We stayed at Bord Mer Villa 7-12/2/22. The accommodation is very nice; surrounded by a palm garden. The absolutely great and rich and fresh breakfast could be ordered by phone and was served on the private terrace/balcony within 10 minutes at the latest. The friendly staff always had a smile and were unfailingly polite. Rooms were cleaned every 2 days including fresh towels and bed linen change. The apartment is very spacious and has a beautiful terrace or balcony. The bathroom is also very large with a spacious shower including 2 rain shower heads. We had apartment number 6 with a balcony. Bord Mer Villa is located just off Beau Vallon. You almost fall on the beach. In the evening a few cars drive up/down the street with loud music; but that's more amusing than annoying. At the moment there are unfortunately only two/three takeaways and a few beach stalls with souvenirs and T-shirts; but that is obviously due to Corona. There are several supermarkets nearby. Right next to the Bord Me Villa there is the Boathouse restaurant with an evening buffet, which I also recommend, as well as the La Plage restaurant; also very good. Bord Mer Villa is a 15 minute drive from Victoria. From there you have good connections to Sans Souci Road. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Nevertheless, I have to say the following: The front door drags across the floor; it just needs to be adjusted a bit; then you can probably open it again without any problems. The door handle is missing from the inside of the balcony door. The TV is almost useless, since it can't be switched - so only one program. Also, the screen is badly damaged; obviously he fell forward on 'his face' which is why the whole picture is very badly scratched and actually has bumps. The bed is unfortunately very narrow; and the air conditioning system above is very noisy and blows uncomfortably over you; unfortunately could not be set correctly. The toilet seat in the bathroom is unfortunately the cheapest plastic. If you sit on it, it gives in and slides uncomfortably to the side. Unfortunately, we didn't meet a manager or similar once; otherwise we would have informed about the defects politely. Nevertheless, the Bord Mer Villa is highly recommended in my opinion. The location is great, the breakfast is great and you have a lot of space.

Wir waren vom 7.-12.2.22 in der Bord Mer Villa. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön; umgeben von einem Palmengarten. Das absolut großartige und reichhaltige sowie frische Frühstück konnte man telefonisch bestellen und wurde jeweils spätestens nach 10 Minuten auf der privaten Terrasse/Balkon serviert. Die freundlichen Angestellten hatten immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und waren ausnahmslos höflich. Zimmer wurden alle 2 Tage gereinigt inklusive frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäschewechsel. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über eine schöne Terrasse oder einen Balkon. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr groß mit geräumiger Dusche inklusive 2 Regenduschköpfen. Wir hatten Das Appartement mit der Nummer 6 mit Balkon. Die Bord Mer Villa liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe an der Beau Vallon. Man fällt quasi fast an den Strand. Abends fahren schonmal ein paar Autos mit lauter Musik die Straße rauf/runter; aber das ist eher amüsant als störend. Zur Zeit gibt es leider nur zwei/drei Takeaways und wenige Strandbuden mit Souvenirs und T-Shirts; aber das ist offensichtlich Corona geschuldet. In der Nähe findet man mehrere Supermärkte. Gleich an der Bord Me Villa gibt es das Boathouse-Restaurant mit abendlichem Buffet, was ich auch empfehlen kann, sowie das Restaurant La Plage; ebenfalls sehr gut. Von der Bord Mer Villa ist man in ca 15 Minuten Fahrt in Victoria. Von dort aus hat man gute Anbindung zur Sans Souci Road. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Trotzdem muss ich noch folgendes anmerken: Die Eingangstüre schleift über den Boden; die müsste einfach mal ein bisschen gerichtet werden; dann lässt sie sich vermutlich auch wieder problemlos öffnen. An der Balkontüre fehlt von innen die Türklinke. Der Fernseher ist quasi nicht zu gebrauchen, da er sich nicht umschalten lässt - also nur ein Programm. Außerdem ist der Bildschirm stark beschädigt; offensichtlich ist er mal nach vorne auf 'sein Gesicht' gefallen, weshalb das ganze Bild sehr stark zerkratzt ist und tatsächlich Beulen hat. Das Bett ist leider sehr schmal; und die darüber angebrachte Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und bläst unangenehm über einen hinweg; ließ sich leider nicht richtig einstellen. Der Toilettendeckel im Badezimmer ist leider billigstes Plastik. Wenn man sich draufsetzt, gibt er nach und rutscht unangenehm zur Seite. Einen Manager o.ä. haben wir leider kein einziges Mal angetroffen; ansonsten hätte wir über die Mängel höflich informiert. Trotzdem ist die Bord Mer Villa m.E. nach sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist super, das Frühstück klasse und man hat außerordentlich viel Platz.
