A Summer in the Seychelles
It all began on 22 July 2019, when my mum and I set foot on the island of Mahé .
We were transferred to our hotel, Fleur de Sel, in the south of the island, by Créole Travel Services .
What a joy it was to discover our villa with direct access to the beach and ocean .
A heavenly setting and a warm welcome.

I had hired a car, which was delivered directly to our hotel.
The very next day, we set off by car to explore the island.
Be warned, driving on the left took a little getting used to, but it was nothing too difficult. After 15 minutes, I was finally able to relax and enjoy the scenery.
We headed to the capital, Victoria , for a day of sightseeing.
The following day, we made our way to Beau Vallon to discover a vast, heavenly beach and enjoy a seafood platter.

At the end of the week, we headed to La Digue.

On our first day, we explored L'Union Estate , followed by one of the most photographed beaches in the world, Anse Source d'Argent.

The following day, thanks to Créole Travel Services, we enjoyed an extraordinary catamaran excursion .
The itinerary included sailing along the coast of Praslin, a barbecue on board, followed by swimming and sunbathing on Anse Lazio. It was one of the highlights of our trip! Magnificent scenery and a very welcoming, attentive crew.
Finally, to make the most of the end of our stay and relax in peaceful surroundings, we decided to book a villa on the small Cerf Island, located opposite Mahé, just a few minutes away by boat.
What a surprise it was to arrive on the island and discover our villa at South Point Villas. The view was breathtaking, with a swimming pool and terrace overlooking Mahé and the Indian Ocean.

Canoes were available on the hotel jetty, allowing us to paddle around the island at low tide and avoid the stronger currents.
We saw numerous shoals of fish and even spotted a small shark, which was very impressive as we had never seen one before.
Directly opposite Cerf Island is a small, uninhabited island, which can be reached at low tide either on foot or by canoe. A heavenly beach where you will feel privileged and completely alone in the world .
The hidden island is located within Sainte Anne Marine National Park

After four days of reading, relaxing and swimming, we were taken back to Mahé to catch our flight home to France.
Thank you once again to SeyVillas for this extraordinary trip.
We had high expectations, as this was the first time we had booked a trip through a travel planning service. I usually prefer to book everything myself. In the end, however, I do not regret my decision at all. The organisation was simply perfect, everything was well managed, and we did not encounter a single problem. Thanks to this, we were able to enjoy our holiday without any stress and simply take in the magnificent scenery offered by this group of islands.
