Hello
We are Veit and Christine.
We had a wonderful holiday in the Seychelles,
planned and organised by SeyVillas.
Praslin, La Digue and Mahé,
are the best-known islands in the Seychelles
and are absolute must-sees.
SeyVillas can also organise all transfers on request, which we greatly appreciated.
After landing at Mahé International Airport with Qatar Airways, we took a small plane to Praslin (20 mins), followed later by ferries to La Digue (20 mins) and then to Mahé (1.5 hours).
The lovely accommodation with air conditioning in the bedroom,
the stunning dream beaches with their world-famous granite rocks,
and, above all, the friendly people we met everywhere
will remain in our memories.
The food, whether local or international,
is not cheap, but you will still want to enjoy it every day.
Anse Source d'Argent, La Digue
The best ways to get around are by bus, hire car or, on La Digue, bicycle. Temperatures of 27–30°C day and night while it is freezing back home – this is a holiday at its best. The water is always pleasantly warm and just the right temperature. The tides determine the water level.

Praslin
The accommodation Villas de Mer is managed by Tracy. The generous breakfast and, if you wish, a wonderful evening meal are culinary highlights.
Anse Georgette in northern Praslin is one of the most beautiful beaches. Vallée de Mai
Advance registration is required to walk through a beautiful park and reach the beach after half an hour.
A visit to Vallée de Mai National Park on Praslin is definitely worthwhile.
Anse Takamaka is also worth visiting.

Vallée de Mai
La Digue
The accommodation Granite Self Catering is managed by Sylvia. The self-catering apartment is extremely well equipped for preparing your own meals.
Hire bicycles, preferably e-bikes, as some areas are hilly and they make getting around much more enjoyable.
Anse Source d'Argent is very beautiful, although there is a small admission charge for the park, where you can also see a tortoise enclosure, vanilla plantations and Giant Union Rock.
You should also visit the George Camille Art Gallery in the north-east.
‘Natural Bar Grill & Drinks’ offers a wonderful view of the sea, especially in the evening – and, if you are lucky, the sunset. It has a very original interior and serves delicious food.
The Fish Trap is also recommended.
Mahé
The accommodation Au Fond de Mer View is managed by Solana. The exceptionally spacious self-catering apartment is extremely well equipped for preparing your own meals.
The house has a fantastic view over Anse Royale, which was the most beautiful beach on Mahé for us.
We were slightly disappointed by Beau Vallon Beach.
Clock Tower, Victoria
Beau Vallon, Mahé
The capital, Victoria, is a must-see. It is a melting pot of ethnic groups, all living together peacefully and respectfully.
The Sir Selwyn Selwyn Clarke Market has to be experienced, and the Victoria Clocktower
has to be seen.

We hope to return one day.
Thank you, SeyVillas
