We had an Ocean Deluxe room with a partial sea view. The service and friendliness of the staff were excellent. The room itself was great. Unfortunately, despite the air conditioning, the humidity in the room was extremely high, so all our clothes in the suitcase, bed linens, etc., were very damp. We complained immediately after the first night. They provided us with a dehumidifier for the entire stay, which we had to empty regularly and which was unfortunately a bit noisy. The room amenities were worthy of a 5-star hotel. There were always plenty of bottled water, room service again in the evening, ample space, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, plenty of fresh towels, and a lovely balcony with lounge furniture. Breakfast was a huge buffet, including Prosecco. The breakfast room was a bit noisy, but the outdoor area was cozy. However, sparkling water (soda) had to be paid for. The pool area was very large. The hotel is directly on Beau Vallon beach, and in our opinion, on the most beautiful stretch of beach. There were always plenty of sun loungers available, and the service with drinks and food on the beach was excellent. It's a family hotel, so it wasn't exactly quiet.
