Description:
Orchard Holiday Home stands all by itself on a large estate in the district of Grand Anse on Mahé, the main island of the Seychelles. The partially covered yet sunny terraces and balconies of the property offer beautiful views of the green garden and its impressive palm trees and exotic plants, as well as the nearby Indian Ocean. The beautiful small beach of Grand Anse Barbarons can be reached easily by rental car, and lies just 1.2 km away. The property itself is home to a parking space that you can use the rest of the time. Just 100 metres further than Anse Barbarons lies Grand Anse beach, which offers not just plenty of space, but also a stunning backdrop for relaxing during your holiday.
Your guesthouse is invitingly fitted with comfortable, modern fittings. Plenty of tropical wood, tiles, large windows, and various decorative elements lend the house an authentic Seychelles touch as well. The air-conditioned rooms are spacious, ensuring you have the feeling of plenty of space, where each resident has enough room to sit back and relax. The fully-equipped communal kitchen is ideal for serving up culinary delights or preparing a quick meal in the microwave before the next excursion, whichever you prefer! The chic bathrooms offer walk-in showers and the various terraces are home to comfortable seating which also doubles up as an outdoor living or dining room, where you can dine with several people.
Mahé is the largest island in the Seychelles and has plenty to offer. The capital city Victoria, is well worth a visit, and lies just 14 km away by rental car. Once there, you can pay a visit to the lively market, see the clock tower, or perhaps take a wander around the botanical garden. Mahé also has other things to offer. For example, take a drive along the coast and discover various beaches around every corner. Beau Vallon, around 18 km away from your accommodation, is particularly popular, and Anse Royale, around 12 km away, is simply beautiful.

The Orchard Holiday Home became a real “home” for us during our 6 days there. A comfortably furnished, clean house with a beautiful terrace and garden. And a warm, generous and caring hostess (although she is not there all year round) who knows how to give you that "home feeling" in a short time. In the evening you can sit on the terrace with other guests, enjoy the illuminated garden and, for example, exchange travel experiences. Breakfast was served and was very varied and healthy.
