Positive: Large room/apartment, nice pool, friendly staff. A bay is within walking distance. A small supermarket is within walking distance. Negative: The location. It's about 15-20 minutes to Beau Vallon Beach if you walk briskly. Then you're only at the beginning of the bay. You walk partly along the roadside as there is no sidewalk. Not great. We booked breakfast on site for 14 euros per person. You can skip that. Too expensive for the spartan breakfast. The kitchen and utensils were showing their age. Since our flight didn't leave until 11:50 p.m., we asked if we could stay in the room longer. The answer: we could ask again on the day of departure or book the room for another day for 190 euros. We didn't do either. The room was not occupied when we left. Reception closes every day at 6 p.m., which means you have to get your suitcases out at 6 p.m. and then sit outside with them. I wouldn't book this accommodation again. Tax = 25 Rupees per day and person

The kitchen and living room were very large and well-equipped, and the balcony was large enough for four people. We overlooked the pool, which had loungers and was large enough for swimming. The apartment always had a slightly musty smell, but this was remedied by airing it out. There were very few towels (perhaps we could have gotten more if we had asked), but we did have pool towels. We had booked breakfast. That was okay, but apart from egg variations (scrambled, fried, omelet, etc.), we had the same thing every day for a week (toast, one type of cheese, one type of sausage, cornflakes, muesli, fruit, pancakes). We found the location of the accommodation problematic. The beach, Anse Marie-Laure, which is a three-minute walk away, is very small and not very nice. Beau Vallon beach is great and supposedly a 10-minute walk away. However, you definitely won't make it to the beach in 10 minutes. Additionally, the road you have to walk along is very busy and there isn't a sidewalk the entire way, so you basically always have to drive to the beach.
