A Dream Escape
When we set off, we were convinced we would find a wonderful place... and we were not disappointed.
Praslin
As soon as we arrived at the hotel in Praslin, where we stayed for 3 nights, we received a very warm welcome. It was in an excellent location, close to a wonderful white-sand beach and stunning sea. Here, as on the other islands, you cannot expect much nightlife. But we certainly did not mind, as the setting more than made up for it. The loveliest surprise was the manager of the Berjaya hotel, who was highly professional, very attentive to all our needs and spoke excellent Italian.
We decided to take an excursion with the Creole agency called Robinson Crusoe: they took us by catamaran to St Pierre for some snorkelling. We then continued to Curieuse Island to admire its natural beauty, accompanied by a very friendly and knowledgeable Italian guide named Michel.

La Digue
We then travelled to La Digue for two nights and, as soon as we disembarked, we hired bicycles, a very popular way for both tourists and local people to explore the whole island. Along the beach road, it is quite common to come across tortoises out for a stroll...
On the first day, we explored the rockier northern coastline, which was still fascinating. On the second day, despite the rain, we managed to admire the fantastic Anse Source d'Argent, whose beauty and unique character left us completely speechless. Here too, we were able to see the beautiful giant tortoises cared for in the park.

Mahé
We then travelled to Mahé for two nights, once again using the extremely efficient transfers organised by Creole, and stayed in the Bel Ombre area. The only negative aspect of our stay was the location of the Casadani hotel: we had chosen it because, unfortunately, our first choice was unavailable when we booked. The beach in front of the hotel was unusable and covered in rubbish, but the excellent service and warm hospitality we received at the Casadani hotel made up for this inconvenience. We were also able to take a bus to Beau Vallon.
Cerf Island
We spent the final part of our trip on Cerf Island, staying for three nights at the Villa de Cerf lodge. The welcome was excellent, as were all the services, not to mention the sea-view room the owner had reserved for us because we were only the second Italian guests ever to stay there. The room was very luxurious, always spotlessly clean and equipped with every comfort. The bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower and a bath. To enjoy the clearest waters, however, we had to take the kayak and paddle a little farther out because, unfortunately, there was a lot of seaweed along the shore. But that hardly mattered, as the setting was fantastic!

What can we say... it was a wonderful trip, filled with beautiful natural scenery and encounters with local people who were always smiling and friendly.
SeyVillas certainly deserves praise for the professionalism and reliability shown in organising this trip. Everything was perfect, and we did not encounter a single problem. Transfers between the islands were perfectly organised, as were those to and from the airport.
Thank you for everything!
