The current situation in the Middle East is leading to flight restrictions for travel to the Seychelles. Here you will find up-to-date information on current travel options. Our team is working at full speed to find the best solution for you.

Airlines currently operating scheduled flights to the Seychelles::
Safe Travel Policy
Free cancellation of participating accommodations up to the day of arrival if flights are officially cancelled due to disruptions. Participating accommodations are marked with a "Safe Travel Policy" label on their respective pages. Valid for new bookings from 23.03.2026.
Furthermore, most non-participating accommodations offer flexible and individual rebooking options in the event of an official flight cancellation. Our team will be happy to assist you with this.
The following airlines are currently experiencing flight restrictions:
Etihad
- Between March 6th and 19th, flight connections to the Seychelles (via Abu Dhabi) are available from the following airports: Brussels, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Geneva, Milan, Munich, Paris, Prague, Rome, Warsaw, Vienna, Zurich.
- Flight tickets issued by Feb 28th, 2026 (with travel dates until April 15th, 2026) can be rebooked to a later travel date until May 15th, 2026, free of charge on Etihad flights.
- Furthermore, guests with flights until April 15th, 2026, can cancel their tickets free of charge.
- If you booked your flight through us, please send us an email with your rebooking request. If you booked the flight yourself, please contact Etihad directly.
Emirates
- Flight operations via Dubai are gradually stabilizing, with Emirates operating more regular connections to the Seychelles again.
- Customers with tickets until April 15th, 2026, can rebook their ticket to another travel date free of charge, but the trip must take place by May 31st, 2026.
- Rebookings to a later travel date within the ticket validity are also possible free of charge, provided the original booking class is available; otherwise, the airfare may increase.
- Alternatively, the ticket can be cancelled free of charge (flights until April 15th, 2026).

Qatar Airways
- Flight operations via Doha are currently suspended due to airspace closures.
- Customers with tickets for travel between 28 Feb – 15 June 2026 may rebook their flights to a new date free of charge, provided the trip is completed by 31 October 2026.
- Alternatively, tickets for flights up to 15 June 2026 can be cancelled free of charge.

Information for SeyVillas Customers
· You are currently in the Seychelles (Return Journey)
We recommend that you initially stay at your current accommodation. Our local partner agency "Connect Seychelles" is also available for assistance. Currently, the following return flight options are available: Ethiopian Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Discover, Condor. Additionally, Air Seychelles is offering special flights to Europe (e.g., to Prague or Paris). Please actively look for alternatives and contact us if we can support you in this process.
· Your trip is imminent (within the next 1-13 days)
If your flight has been cancelled by the airline or if a voluntary rebooking is made available, please contact us immediately via email. We will gladly try to offer you an alternative flight with a different airline. However, this is not always possible. Otherwise, we will attempt to rebook your trip to a specific or open (voucher) travel date within the next 12 months. We will definitely find a solution!
· You wish to rebook your trip (until April 15th) to a different travel period
Is your trip with Emirates, Qatar Airways, or Etihad planned for any date up to April 15th, 2026, and you would like to rebook to a different travel period?
