Sunlit lagoons, untamed island landscapes and remarkable wildlife create the backdrop for this memorable day at sea. Setting off from Praslin, the journey leads to the fascinating island of Curieuse, where nature takes centre stage. Among takamaka trees and red-earth paths, giant tortoises roam freely, offering a rare glimpse into one of the Seychelles’ most treasured conservation areas. A guided walk across the island reveals mangrove forests and coastal scenery, while local rangers share insights into the island’s conservation work and the ongoing efforts to protect its unique ecosystems. These initiatives reflect the strong commitment to preserving Curieuse’s remarkable biodiversity for generations to come, before the beach invites you to slow down, swim in calm waters and enjoy a freshly prepared Creole BBQ in a wonderfully relaxed setting. In the afternoon, the adventure continues to the tiny islet of St Pierre – one of the most iconic sights in the Seychelles. Surrounded by shimmering turquoise water and crowned with sculpted granite boulders and palms, the islet offers excellent conditions for snorkelling. Beneath the surface, colourful reef fish glide through coral gardens, creating a lively underwater spectacle. With its combination of wildlife encounters, vibrant marine life and laid-back island moments, this excursion captures the natural beauty and authentic spirit of the Seychelles in one unforgettable day.
