The beautiful Valmer Resort is located on one of the Earth's most breathtaking beaches, Baie Lazare. Relax on this stunning stretch of sand and enjoy the beauty the shimmering, crystal-clear ocean. The hotel has been recently refurbished, and offers a luxurious interior along with first-class levels of service. The infinity pool is a particular highlight, offering a stunning view of the ocean. The studios, villas, and suites of the hotel are all arranged with bright furnishings, and combine the best of modern European trends and traditional Creole flair to offer guests a stylish design.
The perfect day at this resort starts with a delicious breakfast on the restaurant's veranda, where you can eat while enjoying stunning views of the ocean. If you're lucky, you might even spot some dolphins playing in the distance. After breakfast, spend your day relaxing by the pool, or visit one of Mahé's many incredible beaches. Besides Baie Lazare, a trip to Beau Vallon is a must-do for all Seychelles holidaymakers. Alternatively, Mahé offers a number of tours, diving trips, snorkelling excursions, and much more, so everyone can find something to suit their tastes. Another highlight is the capital, Victoria, complete with its colourful markets, harbour area, and welcoming locals.
The restaurant at the Valmer Resort offers a great Creole menu to round off the day, as well as a number of fruity cocktails at the bar. But the resort isn't just for adults; children are more than welcome, and the resort even offers a playground for maximum fun!
In October 2015, the Valmer Resort opened its new gym and spa. The Frangipani Spa, with Balinese therapists, has been designed to ensure that the guests of the Valmer Resort truly enjoy the serenity of its peaceful surroundings. The spa features a couples' treatment room with private outdoor shower and jacuzzi as well as nail and waxing services to complete the spa experience. The gym provides guests with an excellent range of cardio equipment, weights, exercise balls, and shower facilities to cater for all of their fitness needs.
The gym is only available to in-house guests, and is open daily from 7am until 8pm.
The Frangipani Spa is open to hotel guests and the general public, and is open daily from 10am until 8pm.
