The Beach Villa Guesthouse is located on Praslin's Grand Anse, one of the island's longest beaches. The villas also lie on the edge of a small town, so restaurants, shops, and supermarkets can all be found nearby.

Activities and specials:
- The German owner is an enthusiastic fisherman, and similarly-interested guests can participate in full-day (8 hours) and half-day (4 hours) boat trips on the hotel's own boat.
- Seabed fishing and trolling tours are also available, and drinks and small snacks are served on the boat to keep spirits up!
- Guests can also request trips to the best snorkelling and diving regions in the vicinity of the hotel, or ask for an original Creole barbecue on a secluded Seychelles beach.
Description:
The The Beach Villas are run in a friendly, family-like manner, which you'll notice as soon as you arrive. The landlord is an enthusiastic fisher, so any questions you have about the Seychelles, especially concerning excursions and boat trips, will be happily answered by him and his wife. Many goodbyes at the Beach Villas are accompanied by tears, such is the good impression the couple and their villas will give. The hotel really is a fantastic place to spend a dream holiday on Praslin, mostly thanks to its location and sensational value for money.
All of the villas are built facing the seafront and offer a private veranda from which guests can enjoy the stunning view. Just a few steps away is the white, sandy beach of Grand Anse. Guests visiting between May and October may notice the higher levels of seaweed on the beach during this time, but many of Praslin's other beaches remain clear all year-round, and can be reached by bus, taxi, or rental car.
The UNESCO World Heritage Vallée de Mai is just a few minutes away by car, and offers sensational rainforest environments to explore. Guided trips and tours are also available, and can be booked on-site. All in all, guests' comfort and happiness are the priorities for stays at the Beach Villas.

Very nice and warm welcome. We arrived and had a HOLIDAY. They even had breakfast for us. Our room wasn't ready to move into straight away so we just enjoyed the view of the sea. The room was very spacious with a lovely big bathroom. Sea view included. Breakfast was freshly prepared Creole every morning, simple but delicious. We thought the location was great. There were takeaways and a restaurant as well as small shops and exchange offices within walking distance. The takeaway down the street on the right in reggae style should be tried, authentically delicious and inexpensive. We also had a very good meal in the Breeze Garden restaurant. On the first evening we were cooked for by the Beach Villa Guesthouse, which we reserved as soon as we arrived and were not disappointed. On Praslin we found out what life in the Seychelles is all about, the Hakuna Matata philosophy of life is lived there and it infected us. A fairly basic structure located directly on the beach of Grand Anse, which however in August is completely covered with seaweed, and therefore not inviting for swimming. Let's say that the kindness and helpfulness of the owners and staff mask and mitigate some structural flaws, for example an absolutely insufficient breakfast (there is nothing sweet, no croissants, it is almost all salty and is always little varied). The cleanliness of the rooms is sufficient, but they are dated, 80s style, and there is no common area to possibly spend an evening chatting with friends.
