Share your Seychelles Experience for up to €100!

We at SeyVillas love to hear from our customers about their Seychelles holidays, and our potential clients are always keen to know what their own trip to the Seychelles archipelago might be like. By sharing your holiday experience with us and them, we can hopefully inspire potential clients to take the plunge and book their own adventure! To say thanks, we'll pay you up to €100 for your contributions.

Please note: you are not limited to just one of these options! We will pay up to €100 per customer for both a Travel Journal and a Video Review!

Travel Journal

Example Travel Journals:

Travel Journal: How does it work?

  • 1.Using this form, please write us a Travel Journal of at least 500 words about your Seychelles holiday. Describe the highlights of your trip, the different hotels you stayed in, the various beaches that you saw, or whatever else you can think of!
  • 2. Collect together some photographs that you took during your trip, at least five (maximum 20), and write their names into the Travel Journal form, both in the table at the start of the form, and in the text where the photo should be placed when published. Please use the same name as the file of the photograph; for example, 'Picture 1', 'IMG002', 'IMG003.jpg'. For a more personal travel journal, please also include a small profile picture to appear next to your name. Each of the submitted images must have a width of at least 1000 pixels. The size information can be found in the details of your photos (e.g. 3024 x 4032).
  • 3.Fill out the Declaration of Consent, one per person appearing in the pictures, and sign it. Please note that we only accept one travel journal per booking.
  • 4. Send us everything, the Travel Journal, the photos in their original size, and your Declaration(s) of Consent to marketing@seyvillas.com. Please send us all photos using WeTransfer or a similar file-sharing service (do not send the photos as attachments).
  • 5. We will read through everything, and, if we decide to publish it, send you your €50 reward. We will only publish your first name, or, if you prefer, you can provide us with a pseudonym to use. While we will try to publish all Travel Journals that we receive, we may choose not to for offensive language, extremely poor style, due to images in too small a size, or other similar reasons. We only accept travel journals from trips that took place a maximum of 5 months ago. Please note: we are only able to accept travel journals and videos from customers within the EEA (European Economic Area).

Video Review: How does it work?

  • 1.During your stay, please find a nice spot on a beach, at your accommodation, or anywhere with an attractive background. Please ensure that the weather is nice and that there is not too much background noise from the sea or the wind.
  • 2.Using a camera or smartphone at their best resolution, please film a 20-60 second clip, during which you talk about your holiday, the highlights, what you did, where you stayed etc.
  • 3.Please note: The film can be shot in landscape or portrait format.
  • 4.Fill out the Declaration of Consent. Please note: we require one form for each person who appears in the video. We only accept one video per booking.
  • 5.Send us your video, unedited and uncompressed, along with the Declaration of Consent, to marketing@seyvillas.com.
  • 6. Please send the video in its original resolution in a common file type. Due to size, please use a file-transfer service such as WeTransfer. The video should have a minimum resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. For a perfect video review, you can also send us a few more clips of your holiday (e.g. videos of yourself, of beaches, of landscapes...).
  • 7. Please don't hesitate to contact us at marketing@seyvillas.com for more information, or if you're having trouble sending us the video. If we decide to publish your video on YouTube and on our website, we will send you €50 to say thanks! Please note: we are only able to accept travel journals and videos from customers within the EEA (European Economic Area).
