Buisson Guest House (La Digue)

We stayed 4 nights at this lovely guesthouse — our first accommodation during the trip — and we absolutely loved it! We were warmly welcomed and treated with genuine kindness by our hosts, Doris and Charles, who were always ready to help with advice and recommendations. Perfectly located just about 5 minutes from the jetty terminal, it’s an excellent base for exploring the island. The area is very quiet, and the garden is absolutely charming and beautifully maintained. We stayed in the Hibiscus room and were delighted, especially with the small private terrace where we relaxed every evening. Everything was spotless. Breakfast was rich, fresh, and delicious, prepared with care every morning. You can also rent bicycles directly from the property, which is very convenient. We truly felt at home here — such a cozy and peaceful vibe. Thank you for everything! If we ever return to La Digue, we would love to stay here again.

LA Apartments (Praslin)

We stayed here for 3 nights, our second stop during the trip, and we really loved it. Since it was quite hot when we arrived, we were welcomed with fresh fruits and coconut — such a thoughtful gesture. We were deeply impressed by the hospitality of the hosts; everything was perfect, yet they were always attentive and even a bit anxious to make sure everything met our expectations. The apartment is new, spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you might need. The location, right by the forest, is very peaceful — you can hear the birds singing, which makes it even more special. Within just 6–7 minutes on foot, you reach the beautiful Côte d’Or beach, as well as restaurants, ATMs, and supermarkets. Thank you for the wonderful days we spent there — we truly recommend this place with all our hearts!

Lazio Beach Residence (Praslin)

Lazio Beach Residence – our final stop and the place that truly stole our hearts ❤️ It’s hard to find the right words to describe how beautiful everything was — far beyond our expectations. It truly felt like a dream come true. The property is fantastic; from the moment you step in, you feel special. The garden is stunning, everything is spotless, and the apartment... simply amazing: new, very spacious, beautifully arranged, fully equipped with everything you could need, and impeccably clean — with daily housekeeping. And all this just 20 steps away from the magnificent Anse Lazio. The place itself takes your breath away. Everything was perfect! But what made it truly magical were our wonderful hosts. We were overwhelmed by their warmth and kindness from the very beginning until the moment we left. On our last day, we had a late evening flight, and Audrey went out of her way to let us stay until the evening before our departure. Audrey, Alyssa, and James — thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for us! ???? We truly hope to return one day...

Villa Charme De L'ile (La Digue)

This was by far our most FAVOURITE accommodation. The decor of the whole place was amazing. So much attention to detail every time I looked there was something else to notice. The room we had was beyond spacious, had everything we needed and more the balcony area was amazing with comfy seating areas. The air conditioning and WiFi were great too. The pool/social area was beautiful. The staff were so attentive and welcoming . I generally have nothing bad or any improvements to give as it was a literal dream :) thankyou

Agnes Cottage (La Digue)

Perfect accommodation just a few minutes from the beautiful Anse Source d'Argent beach. Agnes was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the place was spotless with everything we needed. Upon our arrival, bikes were already waiting for us, so we didn't have to arrange anything ourselves. Everything was so close on bikes! We will definitely miss having breakfast on the terrace at Agnes's place – it was such a lovely way to start the day.

Maka Bay Residence (Mahé)

A place with a breathtaking view and an incredibly kind host. The location was simply stunning, and the hospitality we received from the owner made our stay even more special. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we truly felt at home. We can’t recommend this place enough – a perfect getaway!

STORY Seychelles (Mahé)

Still trying to find fault with it! Expensive - yes. Food - good Grounds and beachfront + reef ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Location - nearer Bel Ombre, but this is an advantage as only shared beach with odd local rather than other tourists Room - comfortable anf practical Staff - excellent...especially pool area and reception Would only comment that the remainder of the deposit paid has a delay of a week before reimbursement. Never encountered this before

Casa Gem (Mahé)

Our stay was simply perfect. The place is beautifull, spotlessly clean, and located in a truly stunning spot with breathtaking views. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. The warm hospitality, friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff made our experience even more special. A peaceful and unforgettable stay in a place that truly feels like paradise.

Mazu (La Digue)

For a stay on La Digue, this guesthouse is likely among the best options. Our room was impeccably clean. The owners, along with their staff from Nepal, were wonderfully kind and consistently helpful throughout our visit. Bicycles are provided for an extra cost. Breakfast is straightforward but very enjoyable, offering fresh fruits, toasts, jams, and made-to-order eggs – seriously, don't miss the omelets, they're incredible! The food is delicious overall, though a local smoked fish option would elevate it further. The garden, while small, is beautifully maintained. The entire guesthouse truly shines with its cleanliness

Chez Benoit Self Catering (Mahé)

nice big apartment with well equiped kitchen and free drinking water. Daniela and her husband were very nice.4-star because there was no housekeeping during our 4-night stay.

Felicie Cottage & Residence (Seychelles) (Mahé)

Where can I start. Once when we arrived at the villa Emma and the staff couldn't do enough always smiling and waving. The villa alone needs a 5 out 5. It was outstanding in every way possible We was in the wow factor with all the access rooms and pool area. The owners suprised my wife on her birthday. When we returned back after a day out they decorated the bed with swans out of towels and Happy Birthday in leafs on the bed with a bottle of bubbly. Later that day Emma turned up with a smashing birthday cake. We had the breakfast in the morning of my wife's birthday and didn't charge us. I can only say what a fantastic Villa it is, Seychelles was breathtaking but the owners of Felicia cottages just put that cherry on top of the cake and made it extra special I forgot the young man's name who did the breakfast but each afternoon he would come round with different taster local food. Thank you Emma Wish I could give it 100 out 100 stars

Bliss Hotel Praslin (Praslin)

Really friendly service and helpful staff. The garden villas were wonderful. Great central restaurant and bar and convenient for taking the bus around the island from. Clean comfortable and spacious. Our first stop in the Seychelles and very happy with this as the choice.

Le Repaire Boutique Hotel (La Digue)

Such a pretty elegant room and stepping straight out onto a wonderful beach. Excellent beach bar and so lovely sitting out on the beach in the evening. So relaxing and bike hire at the hotel making it convenient to get around La Digue. Great breakfast choices and Italian restaurant in the evening. Loved our stay here!

Sunbird Villas (Mahé)

A real gem! The most fabulous views from the veranda off the room including great sunsets. This place is hidden away on a slope so a real hideaway. The staff were so helpful and we hired a car here so it was a great base from which to explore Mahe. The most spacious well appointed rooms. Fabulous!

Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay (Mahé)

Some friendly staff, but we experienced several waiters who didn’t seem very cheerful… We also encountered quite a bit of chaos around the pool during the Easter holidays, with people jumping and running. It seemed like some of the staff had brought family or friends on those days, which is generally a nice and understandable thing. The issue was that no staff stepped in to address the chaos when it happened. At times, we couldn’t even sit in the pool without someone jumping in right next to us… This took away from the experience during those days.

Le Chevalier Bay Guesthouse (Praslin)

We received a friendly welcome upon arrival, and everything about how things work was explained clearly. The room itself was quite sensitive to noise (you could hear neighbours/outside easily) and felt rather dated. However, the room and beds were spacious and clean, and it provided all the basic necessities you'd need. The breakfast offered was quite modest. The dinner menu is small and features very similar dishes, lacking variety. We also found them to be a bit inflexible or complicated when we had special requests. On the positive side, the location is superb for accessing the beach. Being close to Anse Lazio, which is a fantastic beach, makes the location perfect in that regard.

Island Bungalow (La Digue)

After a short wait upon arrival, the hosts appeared and gave us a friendly welcome. The bungalow itself was fantastic – we were impressed by how huge it was, with plenty of rooms and beds. It was also very clean. Bicycles were conveniently available to rent directly on-site, which was helpful, although each bike seemed to have its own minor issues or quirks. The breakfast provided was quite basic/modest. The hosts were wonderful – very friendly, helpful, cheerful, funny, and full of life. However, there was one significant drawback: a rooster nearby called out to the hens literally all night long. It was impossible to ignore and definitely impacted our sleep.

Blue Lagoon (Mahé)

I find it hard to believe this is supposed to be only a 3-star hotel. We were incredibly impressed and, in my opinion, it definitely deserves a higher classification. The hotel (or room/unit) felt very modern, stylish, clean, spacious, and comfortable. We simply felt superb staying there. The breakfast offered a wide variety, and you could easily put together a meal according to your own needs and preferences, delivered direct to our room. The host, Rachel, was fantastic – super friendly and helpful. She was always reachable and consistently found a solution for any request or concern we had. Her approach was truly commendable and professional. The location is very close to the beach, which is perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets. However, the beach itself wasn't a highlight compared to those on other islands we visited. We found the water to be murky and very, very shallow, and there were no fish or corals to see there. Despite the beach specifics, the quality of the hotel and the service from Rachel were outstanding.

The Salty Palms (Mahé)

beste unterkunft unserer reise: außergewöhnliches apartment mit wunderschönem blick, sehr sauber, tolle anlage; rosie & joel sind beide so bemüht & gastfreundlich und werten den aufenthalt extrem auf. die lage am rande von beau vallon war ein super kompromiss aus ruhig aber zentrum dennoch fußläufig erreichbar. würden die unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen sie unbedingt weiter!

Thank you! We had a wonderful holiday at your LA Apartments. The apartment was very nice, clean, and spacious, perfect for our family (2-Bedroom). We would especially like to thank the owners for the great time. They were extremely helpful and made many things possible. We will always remember the lovely barbecue evening in particular.

Bougainvillas Seychelles (Mahé)

We had an amazing stay! The service was exceptional, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They even allowed us a late check-out at no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was by far the best we had on our entire trip—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The hosts were attentive, warm, and made us feel completely at home. Overall, a perfect experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality!

Le Surmer (La Digue)

Le Surmer is situated in very good location. Chalets are spacious and very clean. We did not use much of a restaurant on site but when we did food was fresh and they got a very good chef. One of the main advantages was that units are just across the road from private beach, though it is not good for swimming - very shallow. Also when we were leaving they started construction of the large restaurant there so I am not sure how good it is now. The downside is that the facilities in chalets are quite outdated and not in good condition: the oven seal in our unit was broken as was the trigger for overhead fan. The A/C worked fine though. the staff is excellent - very friendly and helpful, especially Junia. And as I mentioned they got a very good chef. At the end of our stay they treated us with farewell dinner and he made fantastic grilled fish - the best we ate in Seyshells.

Great value for money with lovely host Doris and her husband Charles. I was so lucky that I chose this guesthouse, very clean, good breakfast, beautiful garden.

Cocotier Du Rocher Self Catering Apartments (La Digue)

Staff was super nice. The place is great, it's at the border of becoming a tiny bit dated but mostly in style and in terms of comfort there's not much to complain about and it was an awesome place to stay, other than it perhaps being a good idea to add a few more kitchen appliances (cutting board, decent knife, some herbs or oil, coffee). Then again, I think if you ask for it they bring it so overall the stay was really good. Stephan and his colleagues are super nice and help you with whatever you need.
